Cave-aged Pacific Blue is an American blue cheese with a rich, creamy flavor that develops as the cheese ages to perfection in legendary sandstone cheese caves that are ideally suited for the curing and aging of blue cheese.


Made from raw cow’s milk, Pacific Blue is carefully aged and hand-selected
for release when the cheese has matured to its peak flavor. This aging process gives Pacific Blue a unique, complex, and delightfully intense flavor.


Available throughout the year, you can count on this premium blue cheese year-round, without shortages.


Pacific Blue is excellent served on salads or pasta, in sauces, and melted on steaks and burgers, and is complemented well with full-bodied red wines or beers.
