Made from raw cow’s milk, Pacific Blue™ is carefully aged and hand-selected for release when the cheese has matured to its peak flavor. This aging process gives Pacific Blue™ a unique, complex, and delightfully intense flavor.

Compared to other blues, Pacific Blue™ has an intense blue flavor, creamy texture and delightfully smooth finish as it melts on your tongue.

Pacific Blue™ is extremely versatile 

It’s as delicious on a cheese board as it is as an ingredient to your favorite recipes, including salads, dressings, baked potatoes, or just melted on a steak or burger. It is complemented well with full-bodied red wines or beers.
