1, 9 inch frozen pie shell
6 slices bacon, sliced width wise and cooked
3 oz. goat cheese
1 tsp. chives, thinly sliced
1 tsp. thyme, minced
1 tsp. Italian parsley, minced
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp sea salt

Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions:
Precook pie shell according to directions on package. Remove from oven when light golden brown and set on a baking sheet. Change oven temperature to 375°F. Pour egg mixture into tart shell and bake until quiche is lightly golden and set in the center, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
