Cheese and Fruit Kebabs

For easy summer picnic fare, or outdoor entertaining, cube your favorite cheese and skewer with fresh summer fruit for a healthy snack the whole family will love. It's simple to prepare, easy to pack, and delicious to eat outdoors. What's more, it makes for a beautiful presentation, whether alongside a BBQ spread on the picnic table, or your favorite picnic blanket in the grass.

Cheese and Fruit Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, cut into large cubes
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into large cubes
1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, cut into large cubes
1 bunch red grapes
1 pineapple, cut into medium wedges
1 pound strawberries, green stems removed
3 kiwi, peeled and cut into thick slices
1 pint blueberries or blackberries
12 wooden skewers, 6-inch
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey


Preparation:
Place alternating pieces of cheese and fruit on a skewer as desired, mixing cheese varieties and fruit pieces for maximum visual appeal.  Continue arranging cheese and fruit on all skewers.  Serve with Greek yogurt topped with honey for dipping and enjoy!
